Keynote Presentation
This engaging, thought-provoking session has the perfect balance of education and entertainment for your meeting attendees. Though the time spent during a keynote is relatively short, the result has many long term benefits. I present the most important highlights of my topic in a way that stays with the audience even after they leave the session. Please allow 1-2 hours.

A keynote experience is the perfect way to begin, or end any convention, conference or event. My keynote experience gets participants involved not just with the content, but also with each other.

The Workshop
This 2-4 hour program utilizes an interactive approach rather than a simple lecture format. It is designed to create an environment of sharing and learning from not only me, but also from each other.

The workshop is best suited for groups where attendees work closely together or are acquainted with each other. All attendees receive a comprehensive action guide.

5) Don’t Get MAD…Get DATA!

Resistance to change and ‘turf issues’ are a few reasons you waste so many hours in meetings and working on ‘special project’ teams trying to solve your problems.

Don’t Get MAD…Get DATA!

You measure this, you measure that, and then you benchmark this or that. This is necessary, but far from adequate. When you do not collect data about what you’re doing and how well you’re doing it, you are missing at least 50 percent of the opportunity to improve the quality of your efforts.
